Commercial property in Beeston
Beeston is a town in Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands with a population of 37,000. The town is right next to the prestigious main campus of the University of Nottingham, and north of the River Trent.
The town’s most famous commercial resident is the pharmaceutical and retail giant Boots, which has its headquarters about 1 km outside of Beeston’s centre. A lot of other internationally renowned companies also have a base in the town, including Imperial Tobacco, Siemens and Chinook Sciences.

Beeston is not hard to get to. The A52 passes through the northern tip of the town and leads to Junction 25 of the M1 motorway. Beeston railway station is on the Midland Main Line, with trains to and from London St Pancras calling on an hourly frequency. There are also regular buses to Nottingham and the surrounding area.
Beeston’s main shopping area is along High Road, which is pedestrianised and has a wide range of independent and chain stores. The town centre itself has recently been redeveloped.
