In respect of each property advertised on the Website, we will collect the details of the estate agent that is advertising the property, and the name of the individual estate agent who should be contacted in case of enquiries.  We collect this information from the applicable estate agent’s website.


Lawful basis for processing


We rely on “performance of a contract” where we collect, use and share (in accordance with this policy only) your personal data in order to provide our services or to receive your services pursuant to an agreement with you.

We rely on “legitimate interest” where:

  • We collect, use and share (in accordance with this policy only) your personal data in order to provide our services pursuant to an agreement with an organisation that has engaged you.
  • We collect, use and share (in accordance with this policy only) your personal data in order for you to enter into discussions and a direct agreement with the landlord, tenant, agency or investor in relation to a property that is available for rent or sale.
  • You have previously contacted us via the Website or by calling or e-mailing us, to correspond with you in order to create business relations.
  • You are a current registered user of our Service, to send you newsletters and promotional materials which we feel may be of interest to you. 

We obtain your consent, and rely on this as the lawful basis on which we send you property alerts where you have signed up on our website to receive the same.

We rely on your consent as the lawful basis where you have agreed to participate in a survey, and for the processing of such personal information as has been collected through that survey.
