Alex was born in Woking; though after completing a degree in Property Planning & Development at Kingston University in 2009, moved to London in order to begin working in the commercial property sector with Pearce & Co. After qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2012 Alex moved to Sydney to join Cushman Wakefield; working on several key contracts including the management of 200 sites for the National Australia Bank, as well as a portfolio of 100 properties for Government Property New South Wales. Alex moved back to the UK in 2016 and joined Owen Shipp Commercial, finally leaving the world of property management behind, and enjoys the day to day buzz of agency work within a small and well organised team. As well as being an avid Fulham and Woking FC supporter, Alex is a keen traveller and enjoys a good historical read (preferably on a beach with drink in hand).
