The company was founded by Tom Nichols who has been a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1997. Tom has previously worked for Chesterton International plc, and also client side for Scottish & Newcastle Retail and Punch Taverns plc, amongst others. Having been involved with numerous individual and package acquisitions, including Pubmaster and Spirit, he has extensive experience in the valuation, acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold assets.
